What’s Included in Your Corporate Fragrance Workshop

Each workshop includes a 90- to 120-minute guided experience led by an instructor from Concrete Garden Candles. We bring all materials and instruction directly to your office, off-site location, or retreat, making it easy to host a creative, wellness-centered event without the extra coordination.

At a minimum, participants will each create two custom fragrance pieces of their choosing—candles, diffusers, or a combination of both. Everyone will have access to a thoughtfully curated selection of three to six fragrance oils, and can work with classic tins, handcrafted concrete vessels, or elegant glass diffusers, paired with customizable reed stick bouquets to suit their style and space.

For teams looking to elevate the experience, we offer a range of enhancements—such as expanded fragrance selections, decorative add-ons like dried florals or crystals, custom-branded labels and message cards, and gift-ready packaging to leave a lasting impression.

Our mobile setup is efficient, professional, and fully self-contained. We arrive with everything needed to deliver a smooth, engaging session—so your team can focus on connection, creativity, and restoration.

Optional wellness add-ons—such as take-home reflection cards, scent and intention guides, or curated playlists—are also available to help participants extend the experience beyond the session and build wellness habits that support both life and work.


Virtual Candle-Making Workshops for Remote Teams

For distributed teams or remote-friendly companies, we also offer a virtual fragrance workshop experience. This option includes a fully guided session via Zoom or your preferred video platform, with curated fragrance kits shipped directly to each participant in advance. Kits are thoughtfully tailored based on your team’s selected activity—whether making candles, diffusers, or a combination of both—and include all the necessary materials, such as wax, wicks, fragrance oils, vessels, and optional decorative elements. Each kit is designed to deliver a seamless, creative, and hands-on experience—no matter where your team is tuning in from.

Virtual workshops are ideal for remote team building, employee wellness days, or as part of a broader virtual retreat or engagement strategy.
