🕒 Processing Time

All products are made to order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing before your order ships. This ensures we have time to handcraft and prepare your pieces with the attention they deserve.

Processing Breakdown by Product Type:

  • Handcrafted Concrete Items (bowls, vessels, incense holders, etc.):
    Require the full 2-week processing time for curing, sealing, and quality checks.

  • Pre-Order or Ready-to-Pour Items (diffusers, candle tins, select ceramics):
    Typically processed and shipped within 1–2 weeks. If your order includes both handcrafted and pre-order items, the full processing window may apply.

During peak seasons (such as major holidays), we increase production capacity to meet demand — while still honoring our commitment to quality. Please refer to any seasonal banners or updates at checkout for the most current shipping timelines during these periods.

We ship via USPS, UPS, or other standard carriers. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
