We want you to love your handmade items — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

🗓 Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges for items returned after this window.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in original condition

  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Please do not send your return back to the manufacturer.

⚠️ Partial Refunds May Apply

In certain cases, only partial refunds are granted, such as:

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery


💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days

  • Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable

📦 Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that arrive defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at concretegardencandles@gmail.com and send your item to:

🎁 Gifts

  • If your item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.

  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the order was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If you are shipping an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance.

  • We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
